Another trend I'm seeing - and loving - this season is a silky white blouse with exaggerated pockets and a menswear feel.
A white blouse like this is such a versatile piece. It looks great with the pegged and tapered pants we've been seeing, but it looks just as fresh with a bold, jewel-toned mini. White will go with the most, but there are lots of off-white shades that you can pick from as well if you don't want to go with the stark look. And my last styling tip: Buy it a little looser and you'll find you can wear it with a lot - it looks great tucked in, hanging loose with skinny jeans, or belted.
You can also take a tip from Stella McCartney's Pre-Fall 2010 and mix it in with another big fall trend, camel, for a look that's classy and refined but still very sexy.
